Wouldn’t you expect an intellectual property dispute between Vice and Philebrity to get really ugly? Well it actually didn’t. As some of you know, I wrote a sports column for Philebrity.com called “This Week In Balls” for several years in the late 2000s. Recently, Vice started a sports column with the same title. I emailed Vice about it and said that Philebrity and I had claim to that name and it was our intellectual property, and they quietly changed the name to “Wide World Of Balls.”

Somehow, two of the internet titans of snark ironed out their differences sans flame war. Kudos all.
